Yes. The Farmacia Starter plan is free forever and includes up to 10 orders per month with full price comparison access. There is no credit card required to sign up. If you need more than 10 orders per month or want price alerts and full analytics, the Farmacia Pro plan is R$ 149/month.
No. Your Covalenty account is the only account you need. When you place an order with a distributor through the platform, Covalenty handles the transaction routing. You do not need to create separate accounts or credit lines with each distributor individually.
Yes. Every distributor listed on Covalenty has been verified to hold a current AFE (Autorizacao de Funcionamento de Empresa) from ANVISA before their catalog is made available. We recheck credentials periodically. If a distributor's authorization lapses, their listing is suspended until it is renewed.
Distributor prices are updated at least every 15 minutes via API sync, and distributors can push manual updates at any time. If a price changes between when you see it and when your order is confirmed, the distributor must honor the price you saw at the time of your order or notify you within one hour so you can cancel without penalty.
If a distributor cannot fulfill the order after confirmation, you receive an immediate notification and can re-order from another distributor at one click. Covalenty keeps your search results cached for 24 hours so you can place an alternative order without repeating the full search process.
Yes. You can add products from different distributors to your session and place each order separately in sequence. Each order goes to the respective distributor. A session summary shows your total spend and all pending orders in one view, so you can reconcile your ordering in a single session rather than tracking across separate platforms.
