Pricing questions
No credit card is needed to start on the Farmacia Starter plan. Sign up with your email address and your pharmacy details and you can start comparing prices immediately. We only ask for billing information if you upgrade to Pro or Distribuidor.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and your access continues until the end of your paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled before the next renewal date. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts on any plan.
An order is a single purchase submitted to one distributor. If you split a session and order from two different distributors, that counts as two orders against your monthly total. Cancelled orders before distributor confirmation do not count against your limit.
Yes. New accounts can try Farmacia Pro features for 14 days when you start. No credit card is needed for the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account reverts to Starter automatically unless you choose to subscribe to Pro.
The Distribuidor plan is a flat monthly fee (R$ 299/month, or R$ 239/month on annual billing) with no per-order transaction fees and no commission on sales made through the platform. You keep 100% of each order's value. The flat fee covers unlimited SKUs, real-time sync, analytics, and your dedicated account manager.
